ENROLLMENT FOR NEW STUDENTS BEGINS ON FEBRUARY 4TH! Please call now if you need additional information or assistance with the admissions process.

Steps for New Student Enrollment:

  1. Create an Account & Complete the Application:

  2. Required Documents for Upload: You’ll need to upload the following documents when completing the application:

    • Birth certificate

    • Immunization form

    • Most recent report card

    • Test results

    • Discipline report

  3. Bring Originals to Your Tour: In addition to uploading documents, please bring the original copies of the following to your tour:

    • Birth certificate

    • Immunization form

    • Physical form (with parent signature, not uploaded)

    • Report cards

    • Test results

    • Discipline report

    Once you submit your application, you won’t be able to make changes or upload additional documents.

  4. Current Teacher/Principal Recommendation Form:

    • The recommendation form must be emailed to info@dcaeagles.com or faxed to 352-489-5760.



  1. If applicable, please email any 504 plans or IEPs.

  2. Next Steps:

    • You must submit all forms and the $200 registration fee to schedule an interview after your tour.

    • In most cases, a member of our administration will conduct the interview immediately following your tour.
